　　Walking is an essential part of our life and we can not stay away from it everyday. Nowadays, if we have part time, we will go to sleep or have a cup of tea.

　　But when we walk, the beauty showed by the environment changes every moment, and our eyes enjoys in it. So it is beneficial to our health. As the saying goes" there are not two same leaves in the world. Even the same walk, the different senses will be gave us back.

　　No matter what people, it is the people that like health. So walking should be encouraged by the people.
